About
I'm Jordan Haynes, an aspiring data scientist with a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to solve complex problems and make informed decisions. My background in International Social and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) has instilled in me a deep understanding of social and public policy, as well as a strong foundation in data analysis and research methods.
My journey in data science began with the completion of the Le Wagon Data Science Bootcamp, where I honed my skills in Python, SQL, BigQuery, and various data analytics and machine learning libraries. I have also undertaken courses in machine learning and R programming at LSE, which have further expanded my knowledge in advanced analytical techniques and applications.
Throughout my internships and work experiences, I have demonstrated the ability to analyze and visualize data effectively, as seen in my work with ChargedUp, where I constructed interactive data visualization maps and dashboards using Tableau. My experience as a Support Specialist at LSE Data and Technology Services has also allowed me to develop strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to technology.
My diverse skill set, coupled with my commitment to continuous learning, make me an adaptable and resourceful data scientist. I am eager to apply my knowledge and experience in data science to create innovative solutions and contribute positively to organizations in various sectors.
When I'm not working with data, I enjoy engaging in competitive sports, staying updated on current affairs and world politics, and exploring opportunities in entrepreneurship.
